Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We endeavour to have your products shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. The following shipping rates apply:

• North Island courier: $10
• South Island courier: $10
• Rural courier nationwide: $13

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Incorrect address information may result in additional charges or redelivery fees.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare products, we typically do not accept returns on opened or used items. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

• Products must be unused and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Opened or used skincare products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and keep all original packaging including the courier bag.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
